Barts Square aims for a level of sophisticated living with resident lounges, courtyard gardens, private dining, private cinema room and 24 hour concierge for socialising and unwinding.

With one or two bedroom residences, the residential building is designed to create an interplay of light, scale, space and materiality. With light and voluminous interiors, it echoes the space outside paired with the use of natural and high quality materials.

The residential development comprises of nine separate buildings, each distinct in character and façade. All pre-war architecture and historic elements were retained with the façades being propped up and all new buildings mirroring their older counterparts. By taking inspiration from the history and surrounding area, the blend of historic and new creates a streetscape that feels authentic.
