Situated on a two-acre oceanfront side, the Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach will consist of 92 residential units, embodying the elegance and exclusivity of the Waldorf Astoria brand.
Working together with the Related Group for Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach, The Boundary produced over 20 CGIs alongside cinemagraphs for the launch of the tower in Florida. Along the pristine shores of Pompano Beach, this will be the first stand alone residential development from the Waldorf brand that aims to redefine coastal living and experiences.
The Boundary worked to bring to life the vision of Nichols Architects and KORA Architects, encapsulating the legacy and renowned brand of the Waldorf Astoria. The residence incorporates subtle tributes and features to its rich heritage, creating a space for luxury and grace whilst radiating the comfort of a home, seamlessly integrating hospitality design principles into residential settings.
The development is set to offer 15,000 square feet of curated lifestyle amenities. Highlights include a 20,000-square-foot oceanfront pool deck with a lap pool and private spa, an outdoor bar, a dining lounge, summer kitchens and resident cabanas. Residents only spa, private treatment rooms, sauna and steam room, in addition to a state of the art fitness centre extend the list of amenities on offer for the residents of the Waldorf.
