LA welcomes the newest residential addition, Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills. With 17 residences, it starts the journey of the first standalone, Rosewood-branded residences in the US.
The Boundary produced a series of renders and vignettes for the launch of the boutique collection of the residences located within the Golden Triangle district of Beverly Hills.

Planned for the outdoors, close to half the residences have their own private swimming pools and fully equipped outdoor kitchens, wet bars and firepits. Each residences will have private elevator access paired with a large entry foyer and an outdoor living area.
With hotel-style amenities and services, residents benefit from round the clock services. The amenity spaces include a resort like rooftop pool, spa, outdoor lounge, fitness centre, private dining rooms and an exclusive owner's only restaurant.
