The Residences at Shell Bay by Auberge Resorts Collection is South Florida’s latest twenty-story condominium tower. Working alongside developers, Witkoff and Monroe, The Boundary produced a series of CGIs and animations highlighting the amenities on offer for the launch of the luxury residence.
The Residences at Shell Bay has been designed with flawless craftsmanship by Kobi Karp Architecture working with award-winning interior design firm, AvroKO, featuring custom furnishings. 108 residences and penthouses will be nestled on the 150-acre sanctuary, each with their own private wraparound terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing the cinematic views Miami has to offer.
