Monarch Glen
Kindira by Mirvac is a visionary master planned community nestled in the rolling hills of Monarch Glen in South East Queensland. Conceived as a nature-led neighbourhood, Kindira is shaped by a deep and enduring connection to its landscape, where topography, greenery and open space inform the structure and rhythm of daily life.
Mirvac engaged The Boundary to create a comprehensive visual narrative that would bring Kindira's vision to life ahead of its staged release.
The brief called for the production of a refined and emotionally resonant suite of visual assets, including a series of high-end images, a cinematic marketing film and a digital twin of the masterplanned community.
The community brings together expansive green spaces, tree-lined streets and walkable neighbourhoods with contemporary residential design, creating a place defined by balance, calm and long-term liveability. Architecture and landscape are carefully integrated, allowing homes to sit comfortably within their environment while fostering a strong sense of connection to nature, community and wellbeing.
Working closely with Mirvac’s design and marketing teams, The Boundary was tasked with developing a visual language that captured both the contemporary sophistication of the residences and the organic tranquillity of Monarch Glen, communicating not only what Kindira looks like, but what it feels like to live there.
