Everdene
At Everdene, a proposed masterplanned community in Mulgoa, the vision extends beyond individual homes to a connected neighbourhood shaped by nature, shared spaces and everyday life. Bringing this wider vision to life was central to our work with Mirvac.
We created a digital twin that allows buyers to explore the community, from a full masterplan overview down to individual properties. With interactive navigation and filters for amenities, education, transport and more, users can discover different areas of Everdene at their own pace.
Amenities sit at the heart of Everdene, and the digital twin puts them front and centre. Buyers can explore the village green and sports fields, follow the 15-hectare linear parkland and planned creek-side trails, and find the nature play zone and water playground. Together, they show how Everdene builds nature, health and community into everyday life.
Alongside the digital twin, we created a marketing film that captures the rhythm of a typical day, from the morning calm to families heading to school, joggers on the move and people enjoying the green spaces. Brought together in Realspace with our CGIs and showcased in Everdene's display suite, these experiences communicate both the layout of Everdene and the character of the community Mirvac plans to create.
