The historic Shore Club was originally designed by Albert Anis and completed in 1949 along Miami Beach’s famed Collins Avenue. Witkoff and Monroe Capital are now in the process of redeveloping and reinventing the tower as a boutique 5-star resort by Auberge Resorts Collection.

Influenced by its surroundings, the rounded shape of the tower serves as a reminder of the ocean waves and nautical environment. The interior of the residences pay homage with subtle references to materials and shapes of classic yachts, including the use of woods such as mahogany and oak, with accents of light metalwork.

Residents will have access to resort style amenities from private rooftop pools, exclusive gardens, fitness centres, library, lounge and private cabanas, all provided and host for by Auberge Resorts Collections tailored and intimate service.
