Suspended in the air at more than 850 feet, residents of 1428 Brickell are faced with views that extend over Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. With high ceilings and extended views, 1428 Brickell's two-story residences feature Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel designed sculptural staircases at the centre of homes.

After extensive research we chose The Boundary, superlative visual storytellers, who could help bring to life this incredible property and illuminate the exceptional work of our design team. They achieved something truly extraordinary in not only capturing all the exquisite details and materials that we have long obsessed over, but more crucially, they captured the essence and soul of this unique urban sanctuary

Placing an importance on materiality, timelessness and expert execution was at the forefront in picking the best surfaces for both exterior and interior. All 189 residences are fully furnished and gracious in their design, by following the rhythms of everyday life, from time of day to moments with friends and family.

Floor to ceiling windows, the views of the residences extend over the Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean from 860 feet in the air, bringing a sense of peace and wonder to the busy Miami city.
