This type of unique and elevated content The Boundary produces is what helps our clients stand out from the crowd through the marketing stages of the residential development.
Suspended in the air at more than 850 feet, residents of 1428 Brickell are faced with views that extend over Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. With high ceilings and extended views, 1428 Brickell's two-story residences feature Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel designed sculptural staircases at the centre of homes.

Placing an importance on materiality, timelessness and expert execution was at the forefront in picking the best surfaces for both exterior and interior. All 189 residences are fully furnished and gracious in their design, by following the rhythms of everyday life, from time of day to moments with friends and family.
Floor to ceiling windows, the views of the residences extend over the Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean from 860 feet in the air, bringing a sense of peace and wonder to the busy Miami city.
