For Capella Residences Brisbane, we partnered with Verso Projects to create a suite of visual marketing assets for one of Australia's most anticipated luxury residential developments.
Set in the historic Shafston House estate at Kangaroo Point, Capella Residences Brisbane will become the city's first branded residence, bringing together heritage architecture, contemporary design and Capella's world-renowned approach to luxury hospitality.
Our brief was to create a compelling visual experience, showcasing the craftmanship, heritage and world-class amenities that define this extraordinary address.
The result was a complete portfolio of photorealistic CGIs, an immersive virtual tour showcasing both the residencies and amenity spaces, an dour interactive platform - Realspace, bringing every element of the development together in one place.
Together, these assets allow prospective buyers to experience the architecture, interiors and lifestyle on offer, helping them build a genuine connection with the development ahead of construction being complete.
