Pure volumes and fluid lines define a place where the sea draws the horizon and light shapes everyday life. At Étoile, architecture and setting move in quiet harmony, creating a residential experience that unfolds with clarity and composure. Amenities, including an infinity pool, sun deck, and private spa, are conceived as central moments within the architecture, spaces designed not as additions but as integral expressions of lifestyle and place.
Developed by RIV Group and designed by JM Architecture, Étoile represents a shared vision of clarity, balance, and architectural intent. Working in close partnership with both teams, The Boundary crafted a series of images that articulate the project’s spatial logic, material expression, and relationship to light, capturing the calm confidence and harmony that define Étoile.
Rising as an organic silhouette within the urban fabric, Étoile performs as both structure and gesture. Its form is defined by a continuous dialogue between light and matter, volume and transparency, resulting in an architecture that feels dynamic yet balanced. The building’s sculptural presence shifts throughout the day, responding to changes in light and atmosphere while maintaining a sense of restraint and elegance.
