Using The Boundary’s Realspace Sales Platform, a Virtual Tour was crafted of the new residences to showcase the full extent of luxury living La Mer has to offer. Paired with a Film and a series of CGIs, the La Mer’s sales and marketing team were equipped with the latest real-time technology to successfully showcase and sell the homes on offer.

Aiming to create opulent living within this pocket of the Gold Coast to stand in a league of its own, NPA sought to provide interactive visualisations and tours of its latest development. The Boundary equipped La Mer with a Realspace touchscreen for future residents to be able to take part in interactive walkthroughs and tours of the property. Over 50 high resolution renders of the interior and exterior were produced, alongside a mobile friendly 360° tour of the available apartments.
