The new condo will be part of a three-acre luxury campus that includes a hotel, restaurant, and numerous amenities for all residents. The hotel and residences will be managed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.

This transformation is more than a real estate development; it’s a cultural rejuvenation, blending historical elegance with contemporary luxury. The Raleigh is Miami Beach’s most anticipated new resort and residential oasis, promising to bring something unique to Miami's recent developments.

Drawing inspiration from François-Xavier Lalanne’s sculptural work, The Raleigh pays homage to his creations with monkey sculptures throughout the residences and hotel. The Boundary crafted a series of vignettes to highlight the artistic significance of these sculptures within the overall design.
