Associate Level Artist - London

Description

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join us as an Associate Level Artist. This role plays a pivotal part in leading the studio to create photorealist digital marketing content, showcasing proposed buildings, landscapes, interiors or products for client projects. Our primary clients include architects and real estate developers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the studio of artists to produce high quality visualisations that meet client briefs
  • Full creative responsibility for multiple projects running concurrently
  • Always be aware of budgets & timeframes and manage these appropriately
  • Communicate with confidence, authority and expertise to a range of audiences
  • Provide creative leadership both internally and externally
  • Resolve problems and issues that arise
  • Attend and participate in management meetings
  • Be involved in key strategic decision making
  • Drive and develop business processes to maximise studio output
  • Participate in the recruitment process for new Artists
  • Understand and influence the commercial performance of the business
  • Maintain a broad understanding of the Archviz industry and developments within it
  • Understand and influence how we can use technology to the best effect
  • Work with Project Managers to ensure resourcing on projects is optimal
  • Engage in correspondence with client/design team
  • Mentor the growth and development of Artists at all levels
  • Provide honest constructive feedback to other Artists
  • Develop new techniques and introduce new tools
  • Own personal Learning & Development and recording this
  • Prepare learning material for Friday showcase sessions and seminars

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of leading Archviz teams to deliver high quality visual content
  • Significant experience of leading complex projects from concept to final delivery
  • Previous exposure and influence in the commercial performance of a business
  • Demonstrable experience of managing challenging situations to a successful outcome
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of mentoring and nurturing artists at all levels
  • A positive team player able to motivate, support and reassure
  • Excllent 3dsmax experience is essential
  • Extensive Corona knowledge
  • Strong understanding and experience of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
