AlArous
Presenting ROSHN’s second, fully integrated community, AlArous, offering over 18,000 different residential units. Inspired by classic Jeddah architecture and nature, AlArous will be home to over 4 million square metres of community land and 3-5 bedroom townhouses, duplexes and villas.
As part of the launch marketing, The Boundary worked with Roshn on a key set of high-end renders showcasing the masterplan, it’s community values and prime units for use across a wide range of marketing channels, from brochures, social media, and digital OOH, most recently as headline imagery for their headline sponsorship of Cityscape, Riyadh 2023.
The community is part of a larger strategy by ROSHN to develop modern and vibrant neighbourhoods in all four regions and nine cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Alarous is located in the north of Jeddah, south of King Abdullah Sports City and north of King Abdulaziz International Airport. Not only close to the city’s most prominent destinations with great accessibility, all of AlArous’ 300 + amenities are all within walking distance, including local mosques, schools, community parks, healthcare centres alongside cafes and restaurants.
