Nobu Residences
Nobu presents 88 branded residences on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi with expansive views of sandy beaches and crystal waters in the latest development to join the coast of the Arabian Gulf. The development will become one of the first branded residences for the world-renowned Nobu brand in the Middle East.
Working alongside the Aldar team, The Boundary were tasked with hero exterior images showcasing the developments location on Saadiyat Island, its relationship with the Guggenheim building with a heavy focus on the greatly anticipated branded residences and private beaches.
Presenting a fusion of Arabic and Japanese heritage, Nobu Residences create a space of natural beauty and cultural connection. Set across 50,000 sqm, the residences is paired alongside a 125 key hotel, retail developments, Nobu restaurant and rooftop bar, all overlooking the prestigious Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.
Residents are offered wellness-focused amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness centre with a steam room and sauna, a spa centre, a swimming pool overlooking coastal views, a cinema room and a residents lounge for residents to immerse themselves into the exclusive Nobu community.
One- to three-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom lofts, and a limited number of exclusive sky villas and penthouses; every element of the development is impressive in detail and reflective of the Nobu brand.
