Hollick Place
For our third collaboration with Kincrest, we were commissioned to visualise one of the premium apartments within Hollick Place, an eight-level residential development designed by acclaimed architecture studio, Carr.
Our brief was to create an immersive suite of marketing assets that would allow prospective purchasers to experience the space before construction was complete.
The result was a cinematic animation, more than 50 high-quality images, and an interactive Virtual Tour that enables buyers to explore the apartment at their own pace.
Over the course of our partnership, these tours have become an integral part of Kincrest's sales process, helping purchasers step inside unbuilt spaces and understand the layout, scale and design intent in a way that floor plans and still images alone cannot.
