Ormiston Digital Twin

Todd Property appointed The Boundary to produce a comprehensive interactive masterplan to communicate their future vision for Ormiston Town Centre on New Zealand's North Island. The masterplan model has subsequently been used as a base for a more comprehensive digital twin of the new urban area which will serve as a tool to monitor development progress and future analysis and decision making. Areas of the masterplan have been developed further with various design teams and used to produce visualisations and animations for local authority permissions and marketing purposes.
