With thoughtfully chosen interiors and tones, the space has been designed to create a positive influence on its residents, both physically and emotionally. Each apartment is home to large windows to draw in an abundance of natural light and cast a glow for the perfect environment.
The Clay Yard residents have access to an unique array of private amenities to encourage wellbeing and a work- life balance. The resident lounge offers an inviting space to relax or work, with a private on site gym to support health goals.
