The Riverie
The Riverie is poised to become a new beacon of sustainable waterfront living in Brooklyn. Comprising two residential towers rising 37 and 20 storeys, the 834 unit multifamily development places sustainability and wellness at the core of its architectural vision, redefining contemporary community living along the city’s evolving shoreline.
Working in close collaboration with Marvel Architects, The Boundary crafted a series of exterior and amenity-focused visuals that bring the project’s design intent to life. The imagery captures the balance of scale, atmosphere, and material refinement, illustrating how each space has been carefully composed to foster creativity, connection, and well-being.
Sustainability is central to The Riverie’s identity. With an all-electric design and an on-site geothermal system, the development will become the largest residential apartment complex in the United States to be heated by geothermal energy, setting a new benchmark for environmentally responsible urban living.
Aligned with the Affordable New York Housing Program, 30% of the residences are designated as affordable housing, reinforcing the project’s commitment to inclusivity and ensuring The Riverie welcomes a diverse and thriving Brooklyn community.
