As Mirvac's flagship development and jewel of Yarra's Edge, Trielle required exceptional marketing content for its critical off-plan sales launch. The Boundary was trusted to create an immersive suite of visual materials that fully encapsulated Trielle’s sophisticated lifestyle and distinctive offering.

Collaborating closely with Mirvac, The Boundary developed a collection of over 300 photorealistic CGIs pulled out of a series of interactive Real-Time Virtual Tours, animations, and precise drone photography. Our artists employed industry-leading Unreal Engine gaming technology to deliver highly immersive virtual experiences showcasing apartments and penthouses with meticulously detailed furnishings, fittings, and fixtures.

These interactive tours empower prospective buyers to effortlessly explore personalised variations in finishes, materials, and room perspectives. Hotel-inspired in its extraordinary quality and attention to detail, the luxurious finishes at Trielle set a new benchmark for residential elegance. Contemporary yet timeless, each carefully selected detail subtly reflects the beauty of Trielle and its muse, the iconic Yarra River.

The use of Real-Time models led to the ability to extract CGI content directly from virtual environments, allowing for the selection of multiple viewpoints and angles of images, offering greater value to Mirvac in comparison to traditional pre-rendered content. With this extensive flexibility, enhanced efficiency, and a cost-effective solution, Mirvac was able to generate a diverse range of visual marketing assets, resulting in a wealth of over 300 high-quality CGI images.

Our Real-Time capabilities allow for quick updates and customisation, ensuring that all marketing materials are aligned with the ongoing development and tailored to meet the specific needs of both the sales team and potential buyers.
